What are your rates for legal services?
CE Law understands that some clients are concerned about legal costs and how this may affect them. We always aim to be as open and informative as possible about costs through each case. CE Law offers competitive rates and will discuss payment options on a client-by-client case.
Do you carry out home visits?
Yes. If you are housebound or prefer a visit in your office or mutually agreed location, an appointment can be arranged. Please note that these may incur additional fees.
Can you provide services via email?
We are happy to correspond with clients via email if that is preferable. However, we do not accept service of documents by email.
Do you offer legal services on areas not listed above?
CE Law focuses on specific areas of the law in order to provide clients with quality and expert legal services. In some cases we are able to provide legal services on additional areas. Email us at celaw@btinternet.com and we will be happy to discuss your queries.
Does CE Law work with Legal Aid?
At this time CE Law does not offer any legal aid funding. You will need to pay your fees privately or secure alternative funding if you wish for CE Law to represent you. If you have home or car insurance and your policy covers your legal expenses, then your insurer may agree to pay your legal expenses under the terms of your policy.
